FEIHOA gives you flexible access to powerful AI. These short terms protect you, other users and the service. By using FEIHOA, you agree to them.
The service
FEIHOA provides paid access to hosted AI inference. Models, providers, routing, capacity, features and limits may change as the service evolves. We may serve a different model, queue requests or adjust how work is handled to improve availability, speed, safety or reliability.
Unlimited, used fairly
Your plan has no monthly token quota and no monthly request cap. Flat-rate access does not guarantee immediate or simultaneous processing, any minimum number of completed requests, or fixed response or queue times. Capacity is shared, so requests may be queued or throttled during periods of high demand or heavy usage and scheduled for processing as capacity becomes available.
FEIHOA is designed for affordable agent workloads that can tolerate variable start times.

Flat-rate access depends on shared capacity, so we may schedule or throttle heavy usage and manage, delay, deprioritize, reject, cancel, limit or pause traffic to handle demand, protect users or the service, prevent abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. This is not a token meter or a surprise bill.Model output
AI can be wrong, incomplete, offensive, unsafe or simply strange. Uncensored does not mean infallible. Verify anything important and do not treat output as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You are responsible for what you submit, how you use output and the decisions you make with it.
Real infrastructure has bad days
We do not promise uninterrupted access, fixed speeds, queue times or that every request will complete. Hardware, networks, maintenance, demand and events outside our control can delay, queue, interrupt or fail requests. We will work to restore service, but outages are part of operating real infrastructure.
Use it legally
Do not use FEIHOA for illegal activity, deliberate harm, malware deployment, credential theft, fraud, exploitation, harassment or privacy violations. Do not attack the service, exploit bugs, evade limits or abuse our systems, infrastructure or people. Uncensored does not mean lawless.
Your account
Keep your login and API keys private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if a key is exposed.
Payment and cancellation
Plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may pause or end access, and amounts already due remain payable. Payments for elapsed billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.
Queueing, throttling, variable processing times or failure to process a particular number of requests within any period do not by themselves entitle you to a refund or credit, except where law requires otherwise.
We understand that FEIHOA will not work for everyone. If you realized that early and made only minimal use of the service, contact us and we will consider your situation. Any exception is a courtesy that we may choose to offer case by case. It is never guaranteed and does not change our no-refund policy.
Suspension and termination
We may refuse, restrict, suspend or close access for non-payment, suspected fraud, illegal activity, security risk, abuse, attempts to evade limits, conduct that harms FEIHOA or others, or a material violation of these terms.
We may act immediately when needed to protect FEIHOA, our users or others, investigate abuse or comply with law. Otherwise, we will give notice where reasonably practical. Fees already paid are not refunded for suspension or closure caused by breach, abuse or non-payment, except where law requires otherwise.
If something goes wrong
FEIHOA is provided as available. To the fullest extent law permits, we are not responsible for queueing, delay, interruption, failed requests, indirect loss, lost profits, lost data or decisions made from model output.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid FEIHOA during the three months before the issue, as far as applicable law allows. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and share information.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
